Important:
OrthoShield Sports guards by Retainers for Life are custom-made based on the intraoral scan of your teeth provided by your dental orthodontic office. It is essential that this scan reflects the most current position of your teeth to ensure a proper fit. 

If you are currently in braces, please note that tooth movement is ongoing throughout treatment. If you are not in active orthodontic treatment but your teeth have shifted since your last scan, this may affect the fit of your sports guard. Because each guard is fabricated from your exact digital model, any changes in tooth position after the scan is taken could result in a fit issue. 

Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality, properly fitting sports guard. If our lab identifies any discrepancies or concerns with your scan, we will contact you prior to production.

Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase. All sports guards are custom-made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund unless they qualify under our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. 

Replacements due to loss, damage outside of the Fit Guarantee window, or changes in tooth position may be subject to a reprint fee. 

Fabrication & Shipping Times: 
Each sports guard is created through a detailed, multi-step process. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. Shipping generally requires 2–5 additional business days. Please allow 7–10 total business days from the date of your order to receive your retainers. Retainers For Life is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an item has shipped. 

All Sports Guards include a case. Sports Guards for braces will be shipped directly to the orthodontist office for delivery.
