Your Smile Protection Plan gives you access to wholesale-priced replacement retainers—anytime you need or want one. Enrollment also includes a 3D intraoral scan stored securely in our cloud. This digital file allows us to manufacture new retainers for you whenever you request them.

Before completing your purchase, please review your cart for accuracy. Each retainer is custom-made for you based on your doctor’s prescription and is not eligible for return or refund unless it meets the criteria outlined in our Fit Guarantee.

You can use your HSA or FSA to pay for your Smile Protection Plan as well as any future retainer orders. After checkout, a receipt will be emailed to you—please save this email, as your insurance provider may request it. If your provider needs additional documentation, contact Customer Service for assistance.
